Here’s an interesting new combination: Def Leppard lead guitarist Phil Collen and Stone Temple Pilots bassist Robert DeLeo have teamed up with blues diva Debbi Blackwell-Cook and drummer Forrest Robinson to form Delta Deep, a new blues band making their Greater Nippertown debut at the Iron Horse Music Hall in Northampton at 7pm on Thursday, March 31. Colorway – who also play the Low Beat on Friday – opens the show. Tickets are $15 in advance; $18 at the door. Other newly announced concerts at the Iron Horse include Lee Moran & Davy Carton of the Saw Doctors at 7pm on Saturday, April 30 ($25 in advance; $30 at the door); and comedian-actress Janeane Garofalo at 7 & 9:30pm on Friday, September 23 ($35 in advance; $40 at the door).
