DISCUSSION: Will Hermes @ Northshire Bookstore, Saratoga Springs. Kicking off the new Yaddo Presents series of talks, the senior critic at Rolling Stone engages in discussion with local journalist (and sometime Nippertown contributor) Thomas Dimopoulos. Hermes is author of “Love Goes to Buildings on Fire: Five Years in New York That Changed Music Forever,” and will talk about his life in music writing, and his upcoming biography of Lou Reed. 7:30pm.
