O.A.R. is headed out on their You Pick the Set Tour this winter, and the road trip includes a stop at the Palace Theatre in Albany at 8pm on Thursday, February 11. Priced at $29.75, $39.75, $49.75 & $59.75, tickets are available to Palace members on Tuesday (November 17) and go on sale to the general public at 12noon on Friday, November 20.

Tracy Morgan – of “Saturday Night Live” and “30 Rock” fame – is bringing his stand-up comedy to Funny Bone at Crossgates Mall for five shows – between Thursday-Sunday, November 19-22. Showtimes are 7:30pm on Thursday, Friday & Sunday, as well as 10pm on Friday and Saturday. Tickets are on sale now, priced $35-$50.

Boston’s alt-pop-rockers Guster are headed to town for a concert at the Upstate Concert Hall in Clifton Park at 8pm on Thursday, January 14. Tickets go on sale at 12noon on Friday (November 13), and the first 200 tickets will be priced at $20. Thereafter advance tickets are $25; $28 at the door. Other new shows announced for UCH this week are St. Lucia (aka South African-born electronic musician Jean-Philip Grobler) with Tigertown at 8pm on Tuesday, February 16 ($17 in advance; $20 at the door; on sale at 12noon on Friday); and Canadian dubstep DJ and producer Excision with Figure and Bear Grillz at 7pm on Thursday, February 25 ($25 first 500 tickets; then $30 & $35; on sale at 12noon on Thursday).

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: Let the summer season concert announcements begin! Adam Levine leads Maroon 5 into the Saratoga Performing Arts Center next summer with Tove Lo and R.City opening the show. Tickets go on sale at 10am on Saturday (November 14).

Guitarslinger John Kadlecik – from Furthur and the Dark Star Orchestra – leads the John Kadlecik Band in their Greater Nippertown debut at Putnam Den in Saratoga Springs at 9pm on Thursday, December 10.

The mother-and-daughter team of singer-songwriter-activists Bernice Johnson Reagon (of the SNCC Freedom Singers, the Harambee Singers and Sweet Honey in the Rock) and Toshi Reagon (of Toshi Reagon & Big Lovely) are artist-scholars at Skidmore College this week, and their residency will culminate with a concert at the Zankel Music Center on campus in Saratoga Springs at 8pm on Friday (November 13). Tickets are $8; $5 seniors; FREE students & children.

Greater Nippertown bluegrass greats and two-time IBMA Entertainers of the Year the Gibson Brothers are headed into Hinge in Northampton at 8pm on Saturday, November 21. Tickets are $15, $20 & $30.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: Jennifer Nettles (of Sugarland) headlines the 2016 CMT Next Women of Country Tour, which is slated to make a stop at Albany’s Palace Theatre. The tour also features Brandy Clark, as well as special guests Lindsay Ell and Tara Thompson.

Donna the Buffalo stampede into Club Helsinki in Hudson at 8pm on Thursday, February 4. Tickets are $25 & $35.

The Iron Horse Music Hall in Northampton welcomes the soulful subdudes at 7pm on Thursday, January 14. Tickets are $35 in advance; $40 at the door.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: Contemporary a cappella group Straight No Chaser returns to the Palace Theatre in Albany, this time is support of their new album, the New Old Fashioned. Tickets go on sale at 10am on Friday (November 13).

R&B funkateers the Eric Redd Movement invade the Bearsville Theater in Woodstock at 9pm on Friday November 20. $10 in advance; $15 at the door.

At 8pm on Friday, February 6, Proctors’ GE Theatre in Schenectady plays host to the Dean Martin Valentines Tribute starring Andy DiMino. Veteran Local 518 crooner Al Bruno will open the show with a tribute to Frank Sinatra. Tickets are currently available, priced from $27.50-$64.50.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: The Palace Theatre plays host to international popera classical crossover quartet Il Divo in support of their upcoming Amor & Pasion album. Tickets go on sale at 12noon on Saturday (November 14).
