That’s right, Lee Shaw is selling her piano.
It is a Yamaha Conservatory Grand Piano 6’1” and built in 1968 in Japan, model C3, ebony satin finish. The serial number is 788786. It has the Damp Chaser Humidity Control System GP6PS-50. An Artist Adjustable Piano Bench comes with the purchase.
Everything is still original on the piano; there has been no reconditioning. The hammers are original and have been filed. The finish is good with no cracking. The original keys are in fairly good condition (some cracking on the keys).
This is the piano on which Lee Shaw played everyday, taught many students and composed her eloquent original compositions. While she was living in her home, it had been well maintained and tuned. If you would like to see it, please email Ruth & Al Sabo at firstname.lastname@example.org by Sunday, September 20.
Asking price: $6000.
The buyer is responsible for the piano’s transportation.
