FILM: “Lee’s 88 Keys” @ the Spectrum 8 Theatres, Albany. Eighty-eight-year-old jazz pianist, Lee Shaw, Albany’s Queen of Jazz, has lived a diverse, accomplished and charmed life. From the piano bench, she has bravely struggled not only with being a woman in a male-dominated field, but with the financial challenges that come with pursuing a dream, and the conflict of her sharp musical mind’s residence in an ever-aging vessel. Followed by an in-theater Q&A with director Susan Robbins. 7pm. $12.

MUSIC: Orleans @ the Empire State Plaza, Albany. The ’70s pop-rockers who racked up such iconic hits as “Still the One,” “Dance With Me” and “Love Takes Time” kick off the Empire State Plaza’s summer concert season.
