The performance by Myra Melford and Ben Goldberg at the Sanctuary for Independent Media was stunning. It was a rare and wonderful experience to hear these two world-class musicians in such an intimate setting; “West Coast Jazz,” but so much more. Big ups to Nippertown for promoting the show – I would have never known about it otherwise.
