Alive at Five relocated to the fab underpass. I know that decisions have to be made in a timely manner and that setting up a stage takes hours and not minutes, but the weather channel is calling for a 10 -20% chance of showers today with mostly clear skies. Couldn’t the decision makers have waited until this morning to make the call.
