LIVE: Broods @ the Hollow Bar + Kitchen, 7/9/14

In support of their self-titled debut EP, New Zealand’s brother-sister duo Broods made a low-dough mid-week tour stop at the Hollow Bar + Kitchen in Albany with Local 518 faves Bear Grass opening the show.

Featuring multi-instrumentalist Caleb Nott and vocalist Georgia Nott, Broods have been creating quite a buzz lately, even before their debut album, Evergreen is released later this year. The duo has been tapped to open for British singer-songwriter Sam Smith on his fall North American tour, and they’ll make their North American late night television debut on NBC’s “Late Night with Seth Meyers” tonight (July 16)…
