1. THE FIRST ALBUM I EVER BOUGHT WAS … Dire Straits’ Brothers in Arms and The Miami Vice Soundtrack, cassette. Same day. Both hold up.

2. THE FIRST CONCERT THAT I EVER SAW WAS … Van Halen

3. THE FIRST MUSICAL INSTRUMENT I EVER OWNED OR PLAYED WAS … played – violin; owned – Casio CZ3000. Wish I still had that…

4. THE FIRST SONG THAT I EVER PERFORMED IN PUBLIC WAS .. It was a Suzuki violin performance; not sure what song.

5. THE FIRST BAND I WAS EVER IN WAS … called Catch 22, freshman year in high school. We played mostly covers, with one or two originals. I played synth and bass guitar in that band, too. A personal favorite cover was Faith No More’s “Epic.” That bass intro!
