The Egg Adds Another New Concert

Veteran soul singer Boz Scaggs slips into The Egg in Albany at 8pm on Tuesday, August 5, showcasing songs from his new album, Memphis, which features the smooth blend of blues, R&B, rock and jazz that has marked a career spanning over 20 albums and several Top 20 hits.

Since the release of his first solo recording nearly 50 years ago, Scaggs has developed into an iconic singer-songwriter, working with Steve Miller, the Muscle Shoals Rhythm Section and Duane Allman and racking up multi-platinum success 1976 with his classic album, Silk Degrees.

Priced at $64.50, $69.50 & $99, tickets to Boz Scaggs’ concert at The Egg are slated to go on sale to the general public at 11am on Friday, April 25.
