Concert in Cooperstown


“Where have you gone, Joe Dimaggio?”

The National Baseball Hall of Fame & Museum in Cooperstown is celebrating its 75th anniversary this year, and a major concert is being planned for the evening of Saturday, August 2. It will be held at the Clark Sports Center on the same stage where the 2014 Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony will take place six days earlier.

At the moment, the line-up of performers for the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum’s 75th Anniversary Concert includes the Boston Pops Esplanade Orchestra (who will serve as the house band for the evening), Latin Grammy nominee-guitarist-former New York Yankee outfielder Bernie Williams and 12-time Grammy Award-winner and two-time Rock & Roll Hall of Famer Paul Simon. Reserved VIP tickets are $100, $200 & $400. Complimentary general admission lawn seating is available behind the VIP sections.
