It was 50 years ago today, Sgt. Pepper taught the band to play…

Well, OK, maybe not exactly…

But February marks the 50th anniversary of the Beatles arrival in America, and we all know how baby boomers like to celebrate a big anniversary. One Response to “It’s a Fab Four February: The Return of Beatlemania”

  1. The biggest Beatle celebration open to fans is Feb. 7-9 at the Grand Hyatt, corner of 42nd St. and Lexington Ave. next to Grand Central Station in NYC. The Fest For Beatles Fans will feature music or panel discussions by Peter Asher, Donovan, Chad and Jeremy, Feda Kelly, Billy J. Kramer, Mark Lewisohn, Mark Rivera and more. If you are a real Beatles fan, you already know who these people are. Because it’s NYC, suprises are possible, and, of course, there is an admission charge.
