MOVE Music Fest Returns to Albany

The Move Music Festival is slated to return to Albany for its third annual appearance this spring. The festival will showcase approximately 100 bands who will be performing at 10 venues throughout Albany during the fest, which is expanding to three days in 2014.

(NOTE: Last year’s fest took place at 13 venues throughout Albany and was initially announced as a two-day fest, but it was later pared back to just a single day.)

The festival’s array of live music showcases and industry panels are currently slated to take place from Friday-Sunday, April 25-27. Already signed on to participate in the daytime panel discussions are Peter Aaron (author of “If You Like the Ramones…,” music editor of Chronogram and front man of punk pioneers Chrome Cranks) and Ted Mason (former guitarist of Modern English, producer and president of Mi5 Recordings).

The festival is currently accepting submissions via ReverbNation.
