MUSIC: Gangstagrass @ Club Helsinki, Hudson. Bluegrass/hip-hop outfit Gangstagrass is best-known for its Emmy Award-nominated theme song to the FX Network TV series, “Justified,” while Memphis-based indie-pop opening act Star & Micey have gained prominence through their haunting YouTube anthem, “I Can’t Wait.” 9pm. $15.

MUSIC: Philadelphia Orchestra @ SPAC, Saratoga Springs. Making her return to SPAC’s stage, violin virtuoso Sarah Chang will perform the Barber Violin Concerto, one of the pillars of the concerto repertoire. 8pm.

MUSIC: Michael Feinstein @ Tanglewood, Lenox. Keith Lockhart leads the Boston Pops in concert with celebrated pianist-vocalist Michael Feinstein, Cheyenne Jackson and Faith Prince in an evening of beloved tunes in the American songbook repertoire. 8:30pm.

MUSIC: Johnny Rabb & the Tichy Boys @ Skidmore College’s Tang Museum, Saratoga Springs. Playing the golden oldies of Buddy Holly, Ritchie Valens and the Big Bopper. 7pm. FREE.

MUSIC: Todd Rundgren @ the Calvin Theatre, Northampton. Unlike his shows in May at the Bearsville Theater which focused on his new album, State, this time around the Wizard, the True Star rumbles into the Calvin with a full band – bassist Kasim Sulton, guitarist Jesse Gress, keyboardist John Ferenzik and powerhouse drummer Prairie Prince – for a full career retrospective packed with hits (or at least, should-have-been-hits). 8pm. $25, $35 & $45.
