Two New Concerts Announced for Tanglewood

Tanglewood has added two more concerts to the Lenox shed’s biggest pop music schedule of recent years.

New Orleans singer-pianist and three-time Grammy Award-winner Harry Connick, Jr. will roll into Tanglewood’s Koussevitzky Music Shed at 7pm on Saturday, August 31, in support of his brand new album Every Man Should Know. Ticket prices for the show range from $29.50 to $99.50.

And earlier in the day on Saturday, August 31, composer-pianist Donal Fox and his quartet return to Tanglewood’s Ozawa Hall to perform his “Scarlatti Jazz Suite Project,” a unique amalgam of jazz, Latin and classical music. The concert begins at 1pm, and ticket prices range from $18 to $53.

Tickets for both concerts are slated to go on sale at 10am on Tuesday (July 2). All-day lawn passes will also be available for $40, allowing concert-goers to enjoy both shows from the lawn.
