MUSIC: The Ravi Coltrane Quartet @ Skidmore College’s Zankel Music Center, Saratoga Springs. In support of their new album, Spirit Fiction, the saxophonist and son of jazz legend John Coltrance leads his band – featuring Adam Rogers, Dezron Douglas and Jonathan Blake – into the Spa City to kick off the Skidmore Summer Jazz Institute’s concert series. 8pm. $8; $5 seniors; FREE for students and children.

MUSIC: Rush @ Saratoga Performing Arts Center, Saratoga Springs. Geddy Lee & the boys are back again… but this time around they’re official Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductees. 7:30pm. $66 & $126 for reserved amphitheater seats; $36 for general lawn admission.
