New Rock Concert Coming to the Times Union Center

There’s no official word yet from the venue, but…

In support of his brand new album, Wrote a Song for Everyone, the ever-flannel-clad John Fogerty – former frontman for the swamp-rockin’ Rock and Roll Hall of Famers Creedence Clearwater Revival – is bringing his current tour around to the Times Union Center in Albany on Sunday, November 10.

And sure, he’ll be playing selections from his new album, but on the tour, he’ll be reaching back to those CCR glory days, performing either 1969’s Bayou Country or 1970’s Cosmo’s Factory in its entirety each night. And it looks like Albany will be getting Cosmo’s Factory.

    cant wait should be awesome

  2. Fred says:

JF is superb in concert, though he could lose the five backing guitarists he brought along to SPAC a few years ago. I hope it’s just a six-piece combo at most.
