Zack Hay straps on his guitar to lead his band, the North & South Dakotas, at Albany’s Art On Lark celebration on Saturday (June 8). The free art ‘n’ music fest takes place on Lark Street from 10am-5pm on Saturday, featuring two stages of music by such bands as Party Boat, Bear Grass, Holly & Evan, Hand Habits, Ramblin Jug Stompers and more. The North & South Dakotas are slated to wrap up the Washington Avenue stage with a performance at 4pm.
