Named the Best Art Event in Metroland’s recent Readers’ Poll, the annual Art On Lark celebration returns to Lark Street from 10am-5pm on Saturday, June 8. There will, of course, be plenty of artwork on display (and for sale) all along Lark Street from Washington to Madison avenues.

But you can also count on a full day of free homegrown music at Art On Lark, too, co-sponsored by radio station WEXT-FM. And while we don’t have an official schedule of performance times yet – stay tuned for that info upcoming soon – we can tell you which bands have been to selected to perform.

Terrific line up. Holly & Evan are great folks, keep hanging in there, offering up a diversity of music & styles. Who knows–maybe someday they’ll get their big break like Sirsy. Jug Stompers are also a great band & lots of fun. Now let’s hope for weather like today….
