BURLESQUE: Foxy Trot Burlesque @ Flo’s Lark Tavern, Albany. Call it “Debut: Take Two.” Marie ReMoan leads her new troupe in their inaugural performance… after being unceremoniously shut down by the City of Albany just prior to their previously scheduled debut back in December. 7pm. $15.

MUSIC: Josephine Foster @ Club Helsinki, Hudson. Genre-hopping singer-songwriter. With Helsinki’s own Stephen Bluhm. 8pm. $10.

THEATER: “The Giver” @ UAlbany Performing Arts Center’s Main Theater, Albany. The American Place Theatre offers a performance based on the Lois Lowry’s richly provocative 1993 novel of the same title. Adapted and directed by Elise Thoron and performed by Mara Stephens. 7:30pm. $15; seniors $12; students $10.
