Big New SPAC Concert

Last year, Steve Winwood was one of the headliners at Warren Haynes’ annual Mountain Jam. This year, Haynes’ other band is hitting the road with Winwood in tow.

Yes, to almost no one’s surprise, it looks like the Allman Brothers Band will be making their annual trek to the Saratoga Performing Arts Center this summer. And this time around, they’ll be sharing the bill with Steve Winwood.

The date for the SPAC concert in Saratoga Springs is Wednesday, August 28. There’s been no official word yet, so stay tuned for details…

UPDATE: Showtime is 6:30pm. Reserved amphitheater tickets are $35, $45, $55 & $65; general admission lawn tickets are $29.50. Tickets are scheduled to go on sale to the general public at 10am on Saturday (April 27).

One Response to “Big New SPAC Concert”

  1. I’m looking forward to this double bill but I’m going to avoid the Route 50 access to SPAC because of the road and bridge construction project currently just south of the main parking lot. I’d recommend coming from the south and west via Geyser Road. Of course the twin bridges mess will slow Northway traffic from the south and east. Now all we need is a road project north of Saratoga to complete a perfect storm jam that hopefully won’t keep everyone from enjoying the perfect jam onstage.
