The Palace Theatre Is Kickin’ It Old School

Albany’s Palace Theatre is steppin’ into the Way-Back Machine and journeying back in time to the early golden days of hip-hop. Albany Spring Fest takes over the Palace stage at 8pm on Friday, May 17 with a line-up of performers that includes Big Daddy Kane, MC Lyte and Doug E. Fresh.

Tickets are slated to go on sale to the general public at 10am on Saturday (March 23), priced at $32 & $48.

Big Daddy Kane and Doug E Fresh (with Slick Rick) played Northern Lights a few years ago and that didn’t sell out.

What is the logic in bringing this to an even larger venue?
