FILM: “Children of Paradise” @ Time + Space Limited, Hudson. Director Marcel CarnĂ© created one of the greatest French films of all time – a nimble depiction of nineteenth-century Paris that follows a mysterious woman (Arletty) loved by four different men: an actor, a criminal, a count, and, most poignantly, a mime (Jean-Louis Barrault, in a performance for the ages). 2pm. $7; students $5.

MUSIC/FUNDRAISER: Capital Underground Holiday Helper Toy Drive and All-Acoustic Tribute Show @ Dinosaur Bar-B-Que, Troy. Featuring Hard Soul playing Thin Lizzy; Emma Torncello does Janis Joplin; Gregory Nash & Friends rock out the Stones; and Imagining Lennon & McCartney play – oh, you figure it out… 2PM.
