MUSIC: Supersuckers @ Valentine’s Music Hall, Albany. Bassist-vocalist-founding member Eddie Spaghetti leads the veteran rockers into Nippertown, after an earlier postponement. 8pm. $18.

MUSIC/FUNDRAISER: Dinosaur Jr. @ Pearl Street Ballroom, Northampton. The original line-up of one of indie rock’s seminal bands is back with a new album, I Bet On Sky, and yes, they are just as good as you remember. Opening is Ecstatic Peace’s Hush Arbors. A portion of the proceeds will go to the Common School. 8pm. $25.

MUSIC: The Marshall Tucker @ Vapor, Saratoga Springs. Southern rockers keep on rollin’. 9pm. UPDATE: This show is officially sold out.

MUSIC/WORKSHOP: Gaia Roots @ the Garage, Pittsfield. Inspired by roots music from West Africa and the Caribbean, the all-female ensemble blends singing, drumming and dancing. 7pm workshop ($10); 8pm concert ($10); or both for $15.

MUSIC: Marty McDermott @ Moon & River Cafe, Schenectady. The Reverberators’ singer-guitarist serves up a solo acoustic performance. 8pm. FREE.
