New Concert Announced for the Palace Theatre

The Palace Theatre in Albany will be hosting the Thanksgiving Soul Jam at 8pm on Saturday, November 24.

The line-up for the concert features a pair of classic soul vocal groups from the ’70s, as well as a disco diva – all rooted in the rich Philly soul tradition:

Harold Melvin’s Blue Notes – “If You Don’t Know Me By Now,” “The Love I Lost”
Evelyn “Champagne” King – “Shame,” “Love Come Down”
The Delfonics – “La La (Means I Love You),” “Didn’t I (Blow Your Mind This Time)”

The festivities will be hosted by comedian Turae.

Priced at $39 ($79 for VIP tix, which include a meet & greet and photo op), tix are slated to go on sale to the general public on Friday (October 19).
