Festival Fever: Amanda’s Journey Foundation Family Fun Day, 9/22/12

Amanda’s Journey Foundation Family Fun Day is a carnival-themed benefit festival full of fun and music, taking place at Snyder’s Lake in North Greenbush from 10am-4pm on Saturday (September 22).

Proceeds will help the Amanda’s Journey Foundation assist children with Mitochrondrial diseases and their caregivers. The fest will feature plenty of family fun activities, including games, food, a dunking booth, sumo suit wrestling, silent auction, clowns, face painting, balloon animals and much more.

Admission is just $5; ages 10 and under $3.

And, of course, there will be lots of live music. Here’s the schedule of performances:

10am: LOST RADIO ROUNDERS – Acoustic American “roots” music
11:15am: M.R. POULOPOULOS – Talented singer-songwriter
12:15pm: FRANK JAKLITSCH & FRIENDS – The “Songman” plays an incredible variety of covers & originals.
1:15pm: PEGGY LECUYER & KEVIN MAUL (of the Nellies) – Songs for kids and adults alike
2:15pm: THE CHAPMANS – Wonderful originals and covers from this father/daughter duo
