Four More New Shows at the Bearsville Theater

In conjunction with the Woodstock Film Festival, Woodstock’s the Bearsville Theater will host Daptone Records soul singer Charles Bradley in concert at 9:30pm on Friday, October 12. Tix are $20, $30 & $40. The concert will be preceded by a screening of the documentary film about his extraordinary life and music, “Charles Bradley: Soul of America,” at 7pm. Tix to the film are $12.

Meanwhile, other newly announced concerts at the Bearsville Theater include Gypsy jazz guitar great Stephane Wrembel at 8pm on Sunday, September 30 ($15 in advance; $20 at the door); soul-blues-funk rockin’ steel guitar phenom Robert Randolph & the Family Band at 9pm on Saturday, November 10 ($35 & $45); and the veteran New Riders of the Purple Sage at 9pm on Sunday, December 30 ($30 & $40).

Not a bad round of announcements, especially considering that we announced five other new concerts for the Bearsville Theater just yesterday…
