CABARET: “It Could Happen To You: A Man’s Musical Guide To Love” @ SPAC’s Spa Little Theater, Saratoga Springs. Composer-pianist-vocalist and two-time Tony nominee Bob Stillman was dazzling in the role of Beethoven in Capital Repertory Theatre’s 2010 production of “33 Variations.” Now he brings his cabaret show to the Spa City. 2:15 & 8pm. $55.

FILM: “There Is No Finish Line” @ The Egg, Albany. Still got Olympic fever? Check out this documentary celebrating the life and spirit of Joan Benoit-Samuelson, the first woman Olympic gold medalist in the marathon. 7pm. $8; ages 15 and under FREE.

MUSIC: Hair of the Dog @ Cook Park, Colonie. Rick Bedrosian and his ever-popular band wraps up the Cook Park 2012 concert series on a high note… 6:30pm. FREE.

FAIR: Fonda Fair @ the Montgomery County Fairgrounds, Fonda. It’s opening day of the 171st Fonda Fair! Music by the Dependents and Chelsea Cavanaugh, a rodeo, karaoke, midway amusement rides, fried dough and so much more. $10; ages 6-11 $2; children under 6 FREE.

MUSIC: Psychic Blood @ Valentine’s Music Hall, Albany. The western Mass. noise-punk trio wraps up their summer tour. With Girls of Porn, Monster Movie, Pick Your King and DJ Mercy. 8pm. $5.
