Palace Theatre Announces New Rock Concert

The Pink Floyd Experience made a tour stop at the Palace Theatre in Albany back in February, but apparently folks just can’t enough of the whole faux Floyd concept, so now the Australian Pink Floyd Show will be bringing their Exposed in Light 2012 Tour to the Palace at 8pm on Saturday, October 20.

They promise the usual upgrades “new lasers, new lights and even more jaw-dropping video effects.” And this time around the PF tribute band is promising that Pink Floyd backing vocalist Lorelei McBroom will be joining the band on this tour. McBroom toured with Pink Floyd on their “Momentary Lapse of Reason” and “Delicate Sound of Thunder” tours and was featured on “The Great Gig in the Sky.” She also appeared in the videos for “The Dogs of War” and “On The Turning Away.”

Tix for the Australian Pink Floyd Show are priced at $25, $35, $45 & $55, but they won’t be going on sale to the general public until 10 on Friday, July 13.
