FUNDRAISER/MUSIC: Interfaith Story Circle Fundraiser for Children at the Well @ Caffe Lena, Saratoga Springs. Featuring singer-songwriter Peggy Lynn, Cantor Glenn Groper & Micki Groper, guitarist Joe Hetko, Hindu dancer Amoha Ramanath and select stories by fine area tellers. MUSIC: Bobby Long @ The Linda, Albany. The British singer-songwriter-guitarist lands in town in support of his debut studio album, “A Winter’s Tale,” released earlier this year. 8pm. $17.

FILM/TALK: “You’re Gonna Miss Me” @ Guilderland Public Library, Guilderland. Keven McAlester’s haunting 2005 documentary traces the life of troubled Texas musical maverick Roky Erikson, both on and off stage. Followed by a discussion of Erikson’s music with critic/music writer Michael Eck. 2pm. FREE.
