TALK: Warren Belasco @ Schenectady County Community College’s Lally Mohawk Room at Elston Hall, Schenectady. The author and professor of Gastronomy at Boston University delivers the semi-autobiographical talk, “Working on the Food Chain: My Life as a Food Scholar,” about his career as one of the leading experts of the historical, social and cultural meanings of food. 1:15pm.
