FILM/MUSIC: “A Suitcase Full of Chocolate” @ The Egg, Albany. A documentary film about gifted pianist Sofia Cosma with a live piano performance and commentary by the producer of the film, Lincoln Mayorga. 7pm. $10.

MUSIC: Jay Collins & the Kings County Band @ the Bearsville Theater, Woodstock. Vocalist-saxophonist Collins and his six-piece band mix up the blues, New Orleans-style funk and classic American rock. 8pm. FREE.

THEATER ON FILM: “One Man, Two Guvnors” @ Spectrum 8 Theatres, Albany. 7pm. $15; children $12.

MUSIC: Erin Harkes @ McGeary’s Pub, Albany. Accompanied by guitarist Blaze. 7:30pm. FREE.

DANCE ON FILM: “Esmeralda” @ Proctors, Schenectady. Presented by the Bolshoi Ballet from Moscow starring Maria Alexandrova in the title role. 2 & 7pm. $15; 17 and under $10.

MUSIC: “Monday Jazz” @ Taylor Music Center’s Emerson Auditorium at Union College, Schenectady. The second in a four-concert series exploring the evolution of jazz, featuring Tim Olsen leading some of Nippertown’s top players. Today’s installment: Big band swing. 3:05pm. FREE.
