MUSIC: Yuko Kishimoto @ First Reformed Church of Schenectady. Celebrating the release of her debut CD, “Songbook” on the Planet Arts label, the composer-pianist is joined by saxman Lee Russo, bassist John Menegon and drummer Conor Meehan. 7pm. $10; children under 15 $5. UPDATE: This performance was on, then off, now on once again, as there were a number of Hurricane Irene-related issues to deal with. MUSIC: Reggie’s Red Hot Feetwarmers @ Daisy Baker’s, Troy. Don “Reggie” Dworkin and his hot-footed trad jazz combo celebrate the release of their new CD, “Live in Shanghai,” recorded in China this spring. 8pm. $15 includes beginners’ swing dance lesson, as well as a $5 discount on the new CD.
