MUSIC: Stevie Nicks @ Saratoga Performing Arts Center, Saratoga Springs. The once and future Fleetwood Mac-ster twirls out on her own in support of her new solo album, “In Your Dreams.” Didn’t know she had a new one out? FAIR: Fonda Fair @ the Montgomery County Fairgrounds, Fonda. $10; children 6-11 $2; children under 6 free. POSTPONED: Due to Hurricane Irene, the fair will not open today, as scheduled. As of latest reports, however, the fair is now slated to open on Thursday (September 1).

MUSIC: Americana Tuesdays @ Valentine’s Music Hall, Albany. Host band Dan Johnson & His Expert Sidemen welcome special guests C.B. Smith & the Lucky Devils. 8pm. $5.

MUSIC: Hair of the Dog @ Cook Park, Colonie. From rousing Irish favorites to chiming folk-rock, Rick Bedrosian and his band do it all… 6:30pm. FREE.

ROCK ON FILM: Red Hot Chili Peppers in Concert @ Regal Crossgates Stadium 18 at Crossgates Mall, Guilderland. RHCP debut their new album “I’m With You” in concert, plus select greatest hits, in a special cinematic event. 8pm. Also 8pm on Thursday.

MUSIC: The Ernie Williams Band @ Outdoor Entertainment Center, South Glens Falls. Albany’s Ambassador of the Blues heads to the north country… A6:30pm. FREE.
