New Concert: Things Are Gettin’ Weird at the Palace

Albany’s Palace Theatre seems to be on a concert-booking rampage, and that makes us happy. Today, the fine Palace folks announced announced yet another new concert booking for October – Weird Al Yankovic.

Yes, Dr. Demento’s favorite accordion-playing musician will be rolling into Albany for a show at the Palace at 7pm on Tuesday, October 18, in support of his first full-length studio album in nearly five years, “ALpocalypse,” in which the Weird One skewers the likes of Lady Gaga (”Perform This Way”) and Miley Cyrus (”Party in the CIA”).

Priced at $24.50, $29.50, $34.50 and $39.50, tix for the Albany date of the ALpocalypse Tour will go on sale at 10am on Friday.
