MUSIC: Jeanne O’Connor & the New Standard @ Caffe Lena, Saratoga Springs. Jazz vocalist O’Connor reinterprets the music of the great songwriters of the ’60s and ’70s, including Carole King, Van Morrison and Burt Bacharach. The band features Bob Warren, Peg Delaney, Tony Markellis, Sam Zucchini and Mallory Donnelly. 7pm. $18.

FESTIVAL/MUSIC: Bennington Irish Music Festival @ Colgate Park, Bennington. It’s Day Two of the fest featuring Triskele, Jim Gaudet & the Railroad Boys, Rakish Paddy, the McKrells and the reunion of Donnybrook Fair. More info and complete schedule here. 11am-8pm. $20; children 12 and under free.

FUNDRAISER/MUSIC: Benefit Jam for Rhett Tyler @ Brian’s Backyard BBQ, Middletown. Veteran area bluesman Tyler, who suffers from Lyme disease and diabetes, had a serious episode last month, and fellow blues players are donating their time and talents to raise funds for his medical bills. Featuring Billy Hector, Russ Gurney & Blues on Tap, Danny Kean, Angel Rissoff, Pete Hop, Lex Grey & the Urban Pioneers, Sonny Rock, Michael Lewis, John Bendy, Bobby Kyle, Jeremy Waltz and more. 2pm. $15 donation.

FAIR: The Altamont Fair @ the Altamont Fairgrounds, Altamont. The last day of the fair! Gates open at 10am; exhibits & vendors open at 11am; the midway opens at 12noon. $15 includes admission, free parking and unlimited rides.

MUSIC: The Duke’s Men of Yale @ the Berkshire Theatre Festival’s Unicorn Stage, Stockbridge. The long-running, Ivey League, all-male a cappella group. 2pm. $20.

MUSIC: David Kraai & Amy Laber @ the Jonesville Store, Clifton Park. The Americana/roots duo will be joined by Chris Ragucci of the Saddle Tramps. 4pm. FREE.

MUSIC: Eli Keszler @ the Upstate Artists Guild, Albany. In a concert sponsored by the Albany Sonic Arts Collective, the Providence-based composer & multi-instrumentalist will be joined by Boston electronic musician Benjamin Nelson, Saratoga sonic explorers Shape Shifting Shepherds and the Canadian improv duo Not the Wind Not the Flag. 8pm. $5.

MUSIC: The East Coast Chamber Orchestra @ the Otesaga Resort Hotel, Cooperstown. As part of the Cooperstown Summer Music Festival, the 14-member strong ECCO combines the strength and power of an orchestra with the personal involvement and sensitivity of chamber music. They’ll perform works by Mozart, Elgar, Jennifer Higdon, Bartok and more. 3pm. $25.
