The State Farm Hispanic Cultural Arts Festival will be held at Lock 11 (366 West Main Street) in Amsterdam from 12noon-8pm on Saturday.

Led by percussionist-dancer Juan Usera, the NYC-based band La Tribu headlines the fest with a closing performance at 7pm.
