MUSIC: Sekouba @ Central Park’s Music Haven, Schenectady. Fusing together the sounds of roots reggae, dancehall beats and West African rhythms, Sekouba Diakite leads his wailing 11-piece band for a global dance party. Percussionist Zorki Nelson (of Gballoi and Elizabeth Woodbury Kasius & Heard) kicks off the evening by leading a drum circle. 7pm. FREE.

MUSIC: O.A.R.@ Saratoga Performing Arts Center, Saratoga Springs. Marc Roberge and Chris Culos have been leading O.A.R. for 15 years now, and they’re back to celebrate the release of their brand new album “King” at their annual SPAC throwdown. With Soja and Kelley James. 7pm. $36; lawn $22.

MUSIC: Fishtank Ensemble @ Caffe Lena, Saratoga Springs. Put together two explosive violins, a slap bass virtuoso, musical saw, flamenco and Gypsy jazz guitar, trombone, opera, jazz and Gypsy vocals, accordion and one little banjolele, and what do you get? According to LA Weekly, “One of the most thrilling young acts on the planet.” 7pm. $18.

MUSIC: Annie & the Hedonists @ Grafton Lake State Park, Grafton. The eclectic roots band is joined by special guests Peter Davis, Don Young and Hannah Rosen. 5:30pm. FREE.

MUSIC: Sirsy @ Putnam Den, Saratoga Springs. The pop-rock duo kicks off their free Sunday night August residency. 9pm. FREE.

MUSIC: Work o’ the Weavers @ Clifton Common, Clifton Park. Led by James Durst, the folk quartet plays tribute to the Weavers. 7pm. FREE.
