DANCE: Jacob’s Pillow, Becket. Cuba’s preeminent dance company DanzAbierta makes its U.S. debut with “MalSon” at the Ted Shawn Theater at 8pm. Through Sunday. Meanwhile, at 8:15pm at the Doris Duke Theater, Canadian Louise Lecavalier (a 17-year veteran of La La Human Steps) presents “Children” and “A Few Minutes of Lock,” featuring music by Janis Joplin, Leonard Cohen, Billie Holiday, Miles Davis and Iggy Pop. DANCE: The New York City Ballet @ the Saratoga Performing Arts Center, Saratoga Springs. It’s Girls Night Out at the ballet tonight, and the program features “Jewels” (Fauré, Stravinsky, & Tschaikovsky/Balanchine). 8pm. $26, $47, $54.50, $64.50, $72.50; lawn $20; kids 12 and under free on the lawn.
