Real Good for Free: Improv Records’ Free Fridays @ Shepard Park

Improv Records is once again presenting a summer-long series of free Friday night concerts in Shepard Park in Lake George. So if you’re headed up to Vacationland, USA for a summer weekend of fun, be sure to get there early enough to kick off your weekend right. Admission is free on Fridays, but donations will be collected all summer long with all proceeds going directly to the Double H Ranch.

This weekend, the Free Friday series will definitely be rockin’ as Alice in Chains tribute band Sludge Factory (featuring Shadows Fall master drummer Jason Bittner), Black John Wayne and Frank Palangi.

All of the concerts take place at Shepard Park at 7pm on Fridays. Here’s the schedule for the 2011 season so far. Stay tuned for updates:
