Jackson Browne Returns to the Palace

Singer-songwriter Jackson Browne’s current 2011 Solo Acoustic Tour has been extended into the autumn, and one of the new fall dates will be a tourstop at the Palace Theatre in Albany at 7:30pm on Monday, October 3.

Browne’s most recent Albany appearance was also at the Palace was last September, when he performed with his band and David Lindley. (Our review and photo are here.)

Priced at $39.50, $44.50, $49.50 and $64.50, tix for the October 3 concert are slated to go on sale to the general public on Friday, June 10. For pre-sale information go here; for special benefit seating go here.

    They’ve got one of the new Jackson Browne Signature Model guitars up at Parkway Music in Clifton Park. It’s based on one his old deep-bodied Roy Smeck models. He owns about million guitars.
