Just a couple days after the Trey Anastasio Band played the Palace Theatre in Albany, his other band announced that they’ll be kicking off their 2011 summer tour with three nights at the Bethel Woods Center for the Arts in Sullivan County, which sits on the site that hosted the Woodstock Music and Art Fair in August, 1969.
Phish will play Friday-Sunday, May 27-29 at Bethel Woods. Tix are $60 for reserved seating; $45 for the lawn. Admission to each show includes a free MP3 download of a soundboard recording of each entire show. An online ticket request period is under way here.
Tickets will go on sale to the general public on Friday, March 11.
No date for the Saratoga Performing Arts Center has been announced yet.
