Saratoga Springs hosted its 15th annual First Night celebration on New Year’s Eve. It was the final First Night under the direction of Maureen Duda, who has helmed First Night celebrations for a quarter century – first in Albany and then in the Spa City. It was also the first First Night sponsored by Saratoga-Arts, and the theme of “Live Creatively” echoed throughout the night.

And the unusually warm temperatures made it easy for the crowds of folks to get around town and visit a wide variety of entertainment throughout the downtown area all evening long.
