MUSIC: The Figgs @ Valentine’s Music Hall, Albany. It’s time for the Figgs’ annual holiday homecoming throwdown. Who knows what to expect? But you know it’s gonna be a good time. Hopefully, they’re bringing along the new 10th anniversary vinyl edition of “Sucking in Stereo” and the new DVD with Graham Parker. And the Charlie Watts Riots open the show! 9pm. $10.

THEATER ON FILM: “Hamlet” @ Time + Space Limited, Hudson. The National Theatre of London offers Shakespeare’s classic tragedy with Rory Kinnear in the title role. 8pm. $22; children $15.
