Pssst… Wanna Free Sneak Preview of Filament @ EMPAC?

A marathon festival of captivating cutting-edge art and performance, Filament is taking place at EMPAC at RPI in Troy this weekend. The sprawling three-day fest of adventurous events begins on Friday.

But you can get a sneak peak tonight and tomorrow at two free dress rehearsals for the a Canary Torsi/Yanira Castro dance performance/installation “Wilderness.”

The rehearsals of the 75-minute performance will take place at 7pm tonight and at 1pm tomorrow (Thursday) in the lobby of EMPAC. Seating is limited to just 40 people per rehearsal.

“Wilderness” will have its official premiere during Filament with performances at 8pm on Friday and again at 1 & 7pm on Saturday.
