Yes, singer-songwriter-Rock & Roll Hall of Famer Jackson Browne was just in town a couple of weeks ago with his band and David Lindley for a stellar concert at the Palace Theater.

But now he’s headed back to the Hudson Valley for a solo acoustic show at the Bardavon Theater in Poughkeepsie at 8pm on Saturday, October 16.

The reason? The concert is a fundraiser for Congressman John Hall – who you may recall was a founding member of the Woodstock-based hitmakers Orleans.

Tix are $65, $75 and $200. Additional Platinum VIP tix, which also include a reception following the show, are available for $500. You can order your tix online here.

Really ? Congressman ! John Hall was in Orleans? WOW, I remember going to see Orleans when they came on campus for 2 different concerts back in the early 70s. Geez. But then I remember The Star Spangled Washboard Band coming to campus too ! Am I showing my age ?
