Festival Fever: The Hometown Get Down @ Colony Cafe, 9/12/10

The Hometown Get Down takes over the Colony Cafe in Woodstock on Sunday with more than two dozen of Woodstock’s finest homegrown musical talents taking the stage over the course of just eight hours – which makes this event the perfect smorgasbord of the contemporary Woodstock music scene. And, of course, this being Woodstock, you never know who might drop by to sit in.

Suggested donation is $10 at the door, and all proceeds from the festival will support youth and community activities at the Woodstock Music Shop and Woodstock Youth Center.

Festivities kick off at 2pm with a reception featuring light food and drinks, as well as music from DJ Brian Shapiro & Jeff.
