Vote Now for Bon Jovi’s Opening Act!

Last week, the folks at PYX 106 and 99.5 The River announced a contest to find a band to open for Bon Jovi at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center on Sunday night.

Well, nearly 100 bands from all around Nippertown – and beyond – submitted YouTube video entries, and you can watch them all right here or right here. Actually, you can not only watch them, but you can also vote for your favorite.

But you’d better hurry. Online voting ends at 3pm TODAY.

The votes from both radio stations will be combined, and the top 10 vote-getters will be named as the finalists in the competition. The grand prize winner will be selected from the finalists by a panel of judges – and will play a 20-minute opening set on the amphitheater stage at SPAC on Sunday evening.
