Diana Ross Heads to Albany

The one and only Motown diva Diana Ross brings her greatest hits tour “More Today Than Yesterday” to the Palace Theatre in Albany at 8pm on Wednesday, September 15.

As the lead vocalist with the Supremes in the ’60s, Ross helped shape the Motown Sound. he was also successful with her solo career. In fact, in 1993, the Guinness Book of World Records declared Diana Ross the most successful female music artist in history with a total of 18 American No. 1 singles: 12 with the Supremes and six as a solo artist. And in 1976, Billboard magazine named her the “Female Entertainer of the Century.” She has also earned a Tony Award, a Golden Globe Award and an Academy Award nomination.

Priced at $59.50, $79.50, $89.50 and $119.50, tickets for Diana Ross’ Palace Theatre performance are slated to go on sale to the general public at 10am on Wednesday, June 30.
