MUSIC: Tony DeSare @ the Charles Wood Theater, Glens Falls: Jazz singer-pianist DeSare grew up in Glens Falls, so tonight’s concert is the kick-off of a three-day holiday homecoming stand in support of his third album, “Radio Show.” Don’t be surprised if he mixes in New Order’s “Bizarre Love Triangle” along with Gershwin and Berlin. 8pm. $45. Also 8pm Saturday and 2pm Sunday.

ARTS EVENT: Troy Night Out @ various locations, Troy: If you’ve just got to do Black Friday shopping, this is the place to do it. Great art – check out the group show at the Clement Art Gallery and Jaime Suarez’s captivating work at the Martinez Gallery.
